Refund Policy
At She’s Crafty, we aim to provide clarity regarding our refund policy. Products and services we offer are non-refundable due to their nature. Please review the details below to understand what items fall under this policy.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns:
Products Ordered for Parties: No refunds will be issued for party/event no-shows. Your project will be given to the host for you to arrange pick up. *No paint will be included.
Workshop Purchases: In the event that you can’t make it to the workshop that you signed up for, you will need to make pick-up or shipping arrangements for your project after the event. No paint will be included in the kit. Shipping is a $10 fee that will need to be paid in order to receive your goods.
Shipped Kits: PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering a kit to be shipped to you, it does NOT include paint/supplies. Only blank wood pieces will be shipped.
Digital Products: Downloadable or any other digital goods.
Custom or Personalized Products: Items that have been customized, personalized, or made-to-order based on your specific requirements.
Services Rendered: Any service that has been fully delivered or completed is non-refundable.
Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased during a sale or marked as clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
Customer Satisfaction
Although certain items are non-refundable, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Party Fees:
Party cancellations must be done at least 14 days in advance in order to receive a refund for your deposit.
