Location
She’s Crafty mobile craft parties can be hosted at your home, place of work or event venue. We will bring the craft projects and materials to you. *Additional travel fee may apply for parties further than 25 miles from 85383. If you plan on having your event outside, please have a backup plan in case of rain, haboobs, extreme heat, rattle snakes, etc.
Participation Requirements
All mobile parties require a participation number of 6 or more people (each person must order a project). Additional instructor (mom) is available for parties of 10 or more. We do have additional instructors for parties larger than 20.
Projects Requirements
Guests are required to pre-order their craft kits/projects no later than 7 days prior to the reserved party date. We will not accommodate guests who do not place their orders in time. If you’d like a custom project, just email us and we’d be happy to see if we can accommodate your request. hello@shescraftyaz.com
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party for any reason, you must do so 14 days prior to your reserved party date. In case of a cancellation, any projects that have been ordered will be available for pick up as craft kits to do at your leisure.
Customer Expectations
• Host will provide adequate space, tables and chairs for the number of people in your party.
• Host will ensure that guests’ projects are pre-ordered and paid for at least 7 days prior to your event. Payment is non-refundable for no-show participants.
• Host will ensure that the location is available 30 minutes prior to event start time so we can set up the craft space.
• Host will ensure that the guests arrive on time. Instructor time for parties of 10 or less is 2.5-3 hours or 3 hours for groups of 10 or more. Events going over allotted time will result in a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. Don’t be late….you know who you are! Crafting waits for NO ONE!
• Please do not plan meals at the same time as the craft projects, time does not permit for a meal. Drinks are a must for confidence purposes, j/k we won’t judge you. Your boss might though if this is a work function.
